Due to Covid-19 and the constant MCO, CMCO, RMCO, CMCO, MCO and the difficulties faced by parents and teachers, a petition in the platform change.org has garner attention.
The petition asked for the examination either to be postponed or canceled definitely, because students have suffered multiple obstacles to prepare for it, from class cancelations to internet connectivity issues.
Meanwhile, the Parent Action Group for Education (PAGE) has urged the government to allow SPM students to continue to skip classes until it is time to sit for the exams.
“As parents, we are also concerned about our children’s safety,” it chairman Datin Noor Azimah Abdul Rahim told theSundaily.
