After delivery service company J&T Express’ employees were captured in a 15 sec viral video sorting parcels in a violent manner, the company apologised to their clients and partners in a statement.
Ministry of Human Resources conducted an investigation and found out that angriness from the employees was due to work overload and delay in their salary payment.
