The Cambridge AS & A Level results for May/June 2022 exam series was released on 11 August 2022. 73.8% students obtained at least 4 ‘A’s and 59.2% obtained at least 3 ‘A’s for their A Level certificate while 26.8% students obtained at least 4 ‘a’s and 37.5% students obtained at least 3 ‘a’s for the AS Level certificate.
27 students who have scored between three to four A’s or A*’s in the exam attended and received special recognition presented by Country Director for Cambridge in Malaysia and Brunei, Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), Mr Ng Kim Huat at the Cambridge A Levels Academic Awards ceremony at IICP on 27 August 2022. The awards are for Top Achievers, High Achievers and Top in Subject.
At the event, guests were also serenaded by two acoustic performances from the students; ‘Four Chords’ and ‘The Day Dreamers’.
IICP Chief Executive Hemalatha Murugiah praised this group of students from the pandemic time for their ability to overcome the challenges. She also acknowledged the hard work of the lecturers and also school administration who try their best to produce online lessons, remote teaching plans and practical strategies to meet the requirement of students.
