The 27th INTIMA Student Government and Service Cell organized a leadership training camp for clubs and societies council members. The camp was held from 7th April to 9th April 2023. This camp aims to enhance leadership skills and improve relationships between clubs and societies with INTIMA EXCOs. It was led by Lim Yan Cheng, the Organizing Chairperson, and Ryan Andrew Machado, the Vice Organizing Chairperson.
We have invited a speaker to give a speech about leadership skills, and the speaker has planned some activities to enhance their understanding of leadership. Other than that, we also have some games during these three days to develop participants’ leadership skills. The games involved teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to help participants learn how to lead a team effectively and become successful leaders in their respective fields.
