INTI International University hosted its famous INTI Leadership Series on 12 April 2023 with the theme “Success Factors in Organisational Leadership” which is a key factor for career success and its pathway. This talk was delivered by the Head of Culture, Mr. Attila Emam.
The main purpose of this event was to enhance and boost the Leadership skills of INTI International University students and lecturers towards the work society. This event was organized by Career Services team. Hence, the host of the event was Ms. Suwaytha, and the moderator of the event were Ms. Fadhilah and Ms. Roshini. The event started with welcoming speeches by the emcees and continued with a game session to engage with the students, followed by an inspiring talk by Mr. Attila Emam. Students were also partaking in Q&A session to conclude the event.
The second segment was a chat session with the speaker Mr. Attila Emam and the Top 10 students from various departments. This session is like a Q&A session where the Top 10 students ask different types of questions related to organizational culture and about the working environment to Mr. Attila Emam. Therefore, it was a more intimate and closed meeting where Mr. Attila Emam shared his thoughts and opinions to them. It was indeed a fruitful session where students and staffs learn more from it.
