INTI International College Penang Career Services in collaboration with gradmalaysia hosted INTI Penang Career Fair 2023 on 20 June.
Organized by INTI Penang Career Services, the event brought 13 companies together including AdoreSys, AIA, Celestica, DELL, Hong Leong Bank, KPMG, PWC, RHB Bank among others.
This career fair is the ideal platform for students to secure career and internship opportunities while exploring companies that are looking for talents. It aims at building career-ready candidates and assisting students in achieving careers by connecting with employers. Career opportunities available include accounting, audit, taxation, banking, tech and computing, customer service, engineering, human resources, marketing, sales, project management and more.
Attended by employers from the industries, it will be a great opportunity for the students to network with the companies that they are interested in. Besides networking with employers, students will get the opportunity to make new friends that share common interests during the career fair. Students get to introduce their education, abilities, experiences, and competencies. Company representatives at the career fair have informed them about their job openings and their hiring processes.
Before attending the career fair, students have done some research about each company represented at the career fair. This is to make sure the employer can review and have a good impression of the potential candidates.
This event is valuable for students who are looking for internships and permanent jobs as it will help them secure a more stable future in their career path. In total, the career fair had 442 participants in attendance.
