Students Services Department of INTI College Sabah (ICS) organized a special appreciation lunch on 5th July to express gratitude to the dedicated members of the 28th INITMA and all the student helpers for their outstanding contributions and hard work throughout the January and April 2023 sessions. The event aimed to recognize the student council’s efforts in enhancing the academic and social experiences of the College community.

Ms. Roselyn Chua, Chief Executive the staff of the Students Services Department, Ms. Jenny Gibson and Mr. Fernendez Yap, the 28th INTIMA members and student helpers gathered together to enjoy the lunch in the Student Lounge at noon.

During the event, a heartfelt speech was delivered by Ms. Roselyn, acknowledging the invaluable efforts of the student council members and student helpers in organizing events, and promoting a sense of community within the College. Her speech highlighted the INTIMA and the various Clubs dedication, teamwork, and innovative ideas that had significantly contributed to the betterment of student life in the College.

After her speech, the 28th INTIMA President, Azmeer Zaini appointed the new VP of Academics, Josephine Lee, a student of the BA (Hons) Business Administration, in collaboration with University of Hertfordshire.

Everyone was treated to a delightful selection of McDonald’s meal sets, providing an opportunity for them to relax, bond, and enjoy each other’s company, at the same time enjoying the karaoke session and dance performance by both the students and staff.

The Students Services Department hopes that the impact of the INTIMA and student helpers in the College community will motivate others to get involved in the various activities and foster a spirit of collaboration and community engagement among all students at ICS.
